Have been trying to get a refund of my monthly subscription for 3 months! I have been a customer for 4 years and never asked for my money to be refunded due to the spray tan machine being down more than 50% of the time. When my August fee came out I asked to be refunded due to the machine being down and they did not know when it would be repaired which was the norm over the last few years.
