I do not live close to LA Suite Skincare unfortunately, but I do order some products from them from time to time and I have aways been extremely satisfied with everything! I have even reached out to them with questions and they are extremely fast at responding, also very kind! If I lived closer I would most definitely go there in person!! Highly recommend!
I ordered eye gel (worth $100) and I received the wrong one (worth $58). When I emailed asking for the correct one to be mailed I was asked to mail the one I received back which I replied yes, no problem. Two months later I still haven’t received the correct eye gel and I haven’t received a response to my last 3 emails. Not a great customer experience. -The team got back and apologized for the delay and sent the correct eye gel along with nice samples. I appreciate the effort made.
