This is my favorite restaurant in Louisville. The food quality for the price point is unmatched. The staff is always extremely kind and welcoming. They make you feel at home. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful and cozy while also having plenty of space. Notes: Quick Service, live but homely atmosphere, excellent staff and service, very affordable. It doesn’t matter where I live in Louisville, I will always be a regular of La Suerte.
Went for breakfast and loved it! I got the chorizo chilaquiles and tried a bite of the churro pancakes. Both delicious!!! Amazing service, great coffee and a beautiful little mug to drink it out of.
Poor hospitality and unprofessional behavior. As someone who works three jobs, one as a hostess at a restaurant, one is a server at another restaurant and one as a florist -My grandmother's 93 brunch was a disaster! Unfortunately I could not attend the celebration because I had to work at the flower shop so I had a rose arrangement delivered with one of our drivers who understood the instructions to have them delivered at the host stand and to remind the hostess. My friends grandmas 93rd bday was today reserved there she had flowers delivered for her birthday brunch and when she got off work the flowers had never gotten to her and were shoved on a counter…the manager on duty received them as the “hostess” but the table who waited an hr n a half despite their reservation never received them….she then claimed after work when we went to pick the. Excellent food but servers need to be better trained well basics education manner - good morning - good afternoon - excuse me... Those are simple words that makes clients experience happier
