1 Star is even good. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We contracted through our home insurance, the tech spent 2 minutes on property after taking over a week to come -- told me compressor was broken. Report due in 24 hours -- took 4 days to get report in after I called multiple times, emailed and texted. The tech changed in the report to having the issue be "rodent" when the area is chicken wired and that's not the root cause. I called my home warranty insurance because my AC started to blow hot air. They submitted a service request for LA Standard HVAC. Typically they give you a 24 hour return call service which they did. They returned my call the next day and provided a window of when the technician would arrive at my home. They did arrive during window and technician was friendly and did an amazing job fixing my AC.
