Monse is the sweetest, nicest, and most helpful person a bride could ask for! She helped me pick out the perfect dress and it was the best and most special experience I had. I tried on a lot of dresses, skirts, and veils and Monse was running around trying to find me more things I would like and pinning things just right and just overall wonderful! Thank you Monse!
Not enough good things to say about Ashley— she was absolutely fantastic. She was engaging, gave her honest opinion, and we truly wouldn’t have found our bestie’s dress without her. Thanks so much, Ashley, and La Soie!
I ordered my wedding dress in August of 2021. As of February 2022 my dress had not arrived. I started calling in March. No dress. The manager refused to give me an answer as to where my dress was until April when I threatened to dispute the charge. They told me my dress was in Canada at the manufacturer and would arrive in two weeks. As of May my dress had not arrived and the shop BLOCKED my phone number. I was able to get my money back through my credit card company. This shop is dishonest and has horrid customer service.
I am so happy I found this store! I had previously gone to two other well known stores and felt I wasn't treated so great. Not only did I have a bad experience with the staff before but wasn't happy with dresses. I looked online and found La Soie Bridal and took the risk of driving an hour to them and omg am I glad I did! Both girls in store were the sweetest and most caring ever.
