We had an amazing experience! My daughter was assisted by Kate and she was extremely attentive to what my daughter wanted. She made her feel valued, listening to what she wanted and not what she thought she would look good in. So happy she was able to find the dress that was perfect for her. Looking forward to continuing to work with the staff when the dress arrives. Reading the other reviews it’s possible there have been some staffing changes or it could just depend on the customer.
