Dr Niloofar Khosravian, D.M.D is THE best! And her staff is friendly. The office is clean, pretty, bright, with a table of complimentary snacks and a coffee keurig machine in the waiting area. I arrived, was immediately handed my consent for a root canal and immediately called to the back. The root canal did not hurt, it was quick, I was comfortable and even wanted to fall asleep. Pretty disappointing experience, I was there for maybe 2 min in the chair and not much was done yet they billed my insurance and made an easy $200 off of me. Didn’t even explain my tooth problem, waste of pto and my day off. Had to go see another endo out in la who actually took his time with me. Found the practice to be very money motivated rather than patient centric which is not in line with what i look for in a provider. Great staff. Doctor Christina was very thorough and explained everything I needed to know. Doctor was very comforting throughout the whole procedure explaining in detail what she was doing. Annie was a great assistant and was very friendly which made the whole experience much more easier. The whole process and procedure was so pleasant that I started to fall asleep during my root canal, LOL . I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Wow! Dr Kristina and her staff are THE best. Professional, knowledgeable, approachable, kind, caring and HONEST! I was totally impressed with her explaining in detail her diagnosis and recommendations. It’s so refreshing to visit a doctor where you feel comfortable, informed and have complete confidence that you’re receiving excellent care. I highly recommend LA Smiles. Excellent experience with Dr. Kristina Shagramanova (Aug. ‘25) for emergency root canal and follow ups. Because of the doctor’s great care and professionalism my wife also decided this was the place for her to get her needed work done. 2 very happy patients. 5 out of 5 ⭐️
