I was really looking forward to buying an engraved lipstick for myself and a lip gloss for my daughter. Unfortunately, I was ignored by staff. I waited until the store emptied out a bit only for them to tend to someone that came in after me. Once I was able to get someone’s attention, the employee was so condescending and seemed annoyed I wanted to try on a color of the lipsticks before I buy them. Liz Jessica was very friendly and greeted me right away, the other castmates were really nice and everyone had a very chill / kind vibe. She was very helpful and happy to explain anything to do with the items including price points of all of the beautiful products! She is a great salesman that spoke to all the other disney guests while I took my time deciding what I liked. I love my final engraved product!! What a special momento from Disney and I’m grateful I had such a nice lady to help me!
