I couldn’t believe my excitement when I saw this shop at Epcot. Not only was it my first time being at Epcot, I had no idea they had this boutique inside. Being an avid customer I hightailed it in that direction, and upon entering the atmosphere was off. We weren’t greeted even though the shop had no customers (which I can clearly see why now) whoever was working there didn’t lift her pompous head to acknowledge us. (You work at a perfume shop. When I saw Guerlain inside Epcot I was very excited. I worked at LVMH and I love the Guerlain house. I think it is an underrated brand in the world of perfumes, having niche quality at a designer fragrance price. When I entered, no one greeted me even to say hello. The saleswoman greeted a white person who said “I’m just looking” and I, being dark-skinned and Latino, would have left with at least a couple of these wonderful fragrances.
Beautiful boutique location. Perfect for a moment of calm in a busy EPCOT day. Guerlain is, obviously, the very best there is for skin care and their perfume selection is lovely.
Bought a $230 bottle of perfume and the young male employee didn’t even want to help us. He was braiding his long hair in the large mirror (?). Then when I checked the perfume out he threw it in a Disney plastic bag and continued to braid his hair. This place was a terrible experience.
I was at Epcot for my sisters bachelorette party on 5/26/24. My sister loved that we could get hand painted perfumes for all the girls. We were so excited that we went to the store when we first entered the park. We were assisted by the assistant manager Mariani Villanueva. She sold us on four perfumes and even had me open my instagram to take a boomerang of us with our perfumes. She told us to come back after 3pm to pick up our painted perfumes.
