I brought my 14-year-old son for a haircut. The sign at the entrance said around $20 something, we have been the store a few times, each time is 20 something, but we were charged over $46 with no explanation. Prices should be made clear before the service starts. I felt misled and won’t be returning. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. The service this time was poor because she didn't care about the customers since they are the only in this area.

Service vraiment long. Les coiffeuses racontent leur vie. La propriétaire quitte dîner chez Subway durant ce temps nous sommes 3 à attendre. Un Monsieur a tout simplement quitté. Prendre 1 heure d'attente avant d'être assis sur la chaise. J'y suis allé la veille il était 16 heure et fermé à 17h30 la coiffeuse me dit il reste tu peux pas passer reviens demain il nous reste 6 personnes et elles sont deux coiffeuses nous allons termine à 18 heure. Imagine c'est un salon pour homme sa prend pas 30 minutes par têtes la.

Asked for a little shorter, she asked how littlei said above the ears. Asked if I had a preference for scissors or clipper, I said no. Used clippers and when I put on my glasses I realized it was very short, much more than just a little. Very disappointing. Not returning.
