This is the shadiest group of people I’ve ever encountered. Do not trust!!!
Larry Sant built our home in 2004 and has done many projects with us since. He is an exceptional builder who works very hard to exceed the customer’s expectations. If you bring him a good idea, he will turn it in to a great outcome. We are about to start a new project (custom RV garage) with Mr. Sant and team. There is no doubt it will be in a class by itself.
We are extremely happy with the complete bathroom remodel LaSant did for us. From the preproduction design, through product selection, demo, installation, attention to detail, coming in on budget. The quality of the work is very high.
They do good work.
Please be aware Larry is not correcting a problem that he created years ago by not properly or legally surveying our property we bought from him have now hired an attorney to get this taken care of and now he doesnt even respond after speaking with our attorney knowing this whole mess is his fault
