I love coming to this salon in Kits, the space is bright and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly!! Great stylists, Especially Meghan!
Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I clearly communicated that I wanted to keep my length, yet much more hair was removed than i consented to. When I contacted the salon, I felt my concerns were dismissed and when discussing a refund the owner stated they dont do refunds and only offered potential future services. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re particular about your hair or expect accountability when something goes wrong.
Love this salon! I fly from San Francisco to have Madison do my hair blonde because I trust her. She is an expert at what she does, professional, open to feedback, and is genuinely lovely to hang out with. Meghan Norlander has also done my hair, and she is amazing too! They have both given me incredibly natural looking blonde hair I love. The new salon is also stunning and in a perfect location.
Madison is an absolute hair genius. She is not only amazing with balayage and the lived in look (I only have to colour my hair once a year with her) but she’s also unreal with haircuts. Obsessed with the outcome every time and trust her completely!! 10/10.
I was extremely pleased with my cut w/Mia…..she was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, competent, confident, precise….and most definitely has a gift for cutting naturally curly hair!! I would definitely highly recommend her….she listens and follows thru w/what U are wanting in ur cut….and at the same time….also confidently advises what she feels might be the best for U:) She is focused @ intuitive….as well as gracious and thorough!! Give Mia an opportunity to cut ur hair….U will not be disappointed I promise!!♥️🤩
