Avoid this place. Their so-called “promotions” are unfair, and the employees will mislead you. The “2-month discount” is a joke. It has been my experience with other storage companies that the day day you move in the same day your will bill will be do the following month. However with them, unless you move in on the 1st of the month, you won’t get it—because they force everyone’s bill to be due on the 1st. I moved in a few days before the month ended, and instead of honoring the promotion for 60 days, they gave me a pathetic... read more
