The iced lattes are great. I also love one of their sandwiches and some of their pastries. I exclusively order through DoorDash. Idk what they're doing at La Saison, but they seem to be doing something strange. This is the only place where my coffee oftentimes never brought to me. It's as if they hide it on purpose from the Dasher so we have to re-order. The only time my coffee is brought to me the first time is when I spam text my Dasher until they respond. The food (egg bun and coffee eclair) and drink (iced tea lemonade) were definitely good and satisfying. However, I didn't think the 23 minutes I waited was appropriate for two sandwiches in which none of the parts are made to order. The staff didn't acknowledge our wait either, which makes me think the service is regularly inattentive.
