I recently visited Roya for a haircut and toner service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. I had blonde hair and specifically asked for a toner to keep the shine and maintain the blonde shade, but the color was turned into a grey tone instead. I absolutely love this salon! Nelly joon is incredibly professional, skilled, and talented. Golriz joon is so kind and always provides excellent service with genuine care, and Arezoo joon is an amazing nail artist who uses top-quality products and delivers A-list results. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

My experience at this salon was really disappointing. Audrey ,who did my hair Botox, was very kind and professional, and her work was excellent. Unfortunately, the salon itself overcharged me, and showed no customer care at all!!!
