Drivers asking for tips via text messages. I placed an online order with the LaRosas store in forest park. I never leave a tip in advance as we have gotten burned in the past by leaving a tip before we receive the order. Ordered a baked royal from The cold spring location only to wind up with a blackened zip tie wedged Between my teeth. Store offered to make me another one. I tried not to vomit. They are responsible for providing a safe and clean eating environment and that was not done. No renumeration has been offered. Not even an offer to tour their facility to assure me they are not filthy.I would like to know how this object got into the bread and at what factory. My mind is ruined. I went to use my free Reds pizza coupon at the Sharonville location TWO DAYS after receiving it. It's supposed to be good for a week, and I was told it had expired. Last time they gave a free pizza to EVERYONE IN THE STADIUM. Now, only the first 2000 fans from anywhere get a free one. The company still gets a lot of hits at a fraction of the cost and they're going to reject what should've been a valid coupon? WRONG! You risk losing a customer over $6?!? I won't be back to La Rosa's for a LONG TIME!

Ms. I have stopped using La Rosa's. The food is awful! I ordered a tuna hoagy and they have added carrots and are using really fishy low quality tuna. Bread was only half baked. There are many good places in Cincinnati, but La Rosa's is no longer one of them. I tried calling the corporate number to file a complaint, but no one answered. What's up Buddy La Rosa.....you don't care about your customers any longer?

Mr LaRosa's pizza has been going down hill for a long time. The pizza sauce is the only thing that is good. Most of their ingredients are not fresh & are tasteless. No matter how many times I order, even from different locations it seems like they put on less & less ingredients & the price always goes up.. I have switched.

Great Awesome pizza. Sooo delicious. I cannot find better pizza in cincinati. My favorite is the cheese pizza. the next best thing is there hoagy.

Trademark to Cincinnati LaRosa's is a staple to Cincinnati. I can't find a better pizza anywhere. Over the years their selection has grown to hit a wider range of hungry stomachs. They are very affordable and the service is friendly. The great thing about the original LaRosa's on Boudinot is that there usually is not a wait.

Pizza! The pizza at Larosas is delicious. It is unique to Cincinnati and is a treat for anyone looking for a taste of one of a kind food. Larosas has a great family atmosphere!
