We hired La Rosa Remodeling LLC for a full gut renovation of an older home, and the results are outstanding. The project included structural updates, new electrical and plumbing, complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, new windows, flooring, and extensive tile work. Sam Nunez of LaRosa Remodeling is a very reliable and competent contractor. He remodeled my house including my bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. He and his crew put in long hours and did about six months work in two months. Sam would often arrive on the job early in the morning and still be there in the evening. If he said he would be there at a certain time, he would be there. I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend Sam Nunez for drywall, plumbing and flooring work. La Rosa Remodeling has completed several projects for me (kitchen, bath, and flooring), and their work is excellent. They are transparent and fair, provide expertise and valuable recommendations to help guide decisions, and they absolutely stand by their work.

For whatever reason, I’ve found that it’s hard to find a handyman and/or contractor you can count on AND who is honest and reasonable in this area. La Rosa is an exception - they were totally transparent, very communicative, and they did exactly what they proposed in the timeframe and for the price they promised. It gives me hope not only for this area, but in a weird way, for humanity. 10/10 recommend!!!
