Today, I took my son to his doctor, who has been seeing him since he was younger, and I've always had a positive experience. However, this visit was disappointing due to the new receptionist they have working there. She seemed completely unaware of how to process my insurance, which led to unnecessary delays. To make matters worse, she asked me to do her job for her, which was frustrating since it's not my responsibility. Dr. La Rosa is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable, patient, and truly caring about all of her patients' well-being. She takes the time to listen and address all of my concerns. The office is clean, child-friendly, and well-organized, and the medical assistant is very kind. I couldn’t be any happier with the medical attention that is provided at this office… Five stars all the way!
Realmente a la Doctora la valoraría con 5 estrellas puesto que es excelente en lo que hace pero por las oficinistas que tiene trabajando adelante acaba de perder una paciente te tratan con muy mala actitud cuando uno lo que realmente quiere es que atiendan a su hijo se les nota que no son madres hay no vuelvo 👎👎👎👎
