My sister sent her vehicle to you for insurance work and you took so long with no updates until we called. All 4 tires were good in the winter before La paint and body loaded it up on their flat bed trailer and sat in the parking lot 3 months with all 4 tires perfectly fine, then we got vehicle back and a donut tire was put on after 4 months in the shop and they put the blame on owner when it was fine to pick up vehicle. Go to the city for sgi or any repairs in that regard!!!
