Staff was very friendly. Especially liked Carly…the person who gave us the tour and helped us throughout. Enjoyed the experience!

This review is for my mani/pedi- my facial was amazing! I came here for my birthday to get a mani/pedi and the girl who did mine was first of all kind of rude and clearly in a bad mood but also did a terrible job. She cut my fingers in multiple spots and my manicure was so painful I kept almost having to pull my hands away. She did a bad job painting both my toes and fingers and told me she was rushing because she was hungry and trying to get to lunch so my appointment ended about 15 minutes before my friends. The staff is amazing, especially the massage therapists and attendants. Very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. However, management is on the less favorable side. Staff is not treated well by management, such a bummer.
