#1 Worst Spa Ever – My experience at La Ritz was horrible.. I mean as soon as you walk in the door i seen purses and watches and some of the jewlery was plastic. Lesson Learned – I recently had a service done at La Ritz that I wasn't too pleased with, but instead of letting a disgruntled customer leave, they gave me a "do over" with another employee and OMG it was amazing!!!! They have many certified therapists on their staff and just because I didn't connect with the first person, the second person was perfect for me. Spacious size ad Exceptional Service – I've been to a few spas and the rooms were always so small. So naturally I thought that this spa would'nt be any different, but I was pleasently surprised to find the room that I had my facial in was a descent size. I would have to say that the room was a good 10 ft wide. The service was great and the staff was very hospitable. The glass of wine I enjoyed before my service put me at ease. Happy They're Here!!!! – This place is amazing!!!! It's like a trendy spa you would find in Buckhead but in Conyers. Not only do they have any service you could ask for, but the prices are quite resonable for these services. The staff is extremely courteous and was very helpful with all my questions. The facial I had was amazing. The aesthetician, Latedra, made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like a whole new woman after my facial. I will definetly return. Not worth my time – I went to La Ritz Spa & Salon because I was on a business trip in the area and I bought a Groupon. The exterior of the Spa looks nice but the interior is a whole other story. The Groupon I bought was for a facial and mani/pedi combo. First of all the facial room is tiny and the equipment is older then me. The young lady who gave me my facial was nice however that did not make up for the bad facial. My experience at La Ritz from start to finish... – I must say my experience at La Ritz was GREAT from start to finish.Talking to the front desk Manager was awesome. But to top it all off when i got inthe technicians were just incrediblethey were so friendly and knowledgable and professional. WOW!!!!! it was so refreshing to have this all in one location. My Experience at La Ritz with the Shellac Nails – Lets start off by saying customer service was great. they were very knowledgeable. I called in to get a fill in... and the receptionist was very helpful... she explained to me about the Shellac nails. When i came in i was greeted and it was a short wait to be seen... My nail tech was Karen she explained the Pros and the Cons about Acrylic vs. Shellac.... FIRST IMPRESSION - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE** – I placed a phone call to La Ritz to inquire about their shellac service for nails. I've received the service before, but never at La Ritz and I wanted to try the location because it's in my local area. However, judging from this simple phone call, I won't ever find out.
