This place honestly deserves 0 stars. I went in for my first ever Brazilian wax on Friday, as I will be leaving for a trip Tuesday. The waxing lady assured me I would be okay & she’s been doing this for 15 years. This was hands down the most painful & horrific experience I’ve ever been through. I was bleeding profusely & she told me sometimes it’s normal for sensitive skin. I called the day spa and studio several times and left messages, no one bothered to return my phone calls—and they don’t answer their phones. Not sure how you run a business if you can’t answer phone calls. I have a gift certificate I wanted to use before moving out of the area and now I can’t do that…I feel scammed.

Had a great bio sculpt manicure with Ashley, it's been hard for me to find a good nail place in town for the bio gel that lasts, I think this set will! Very clean spa and their nail lamps are LED not UV which makes me feel better.
