For a place that deals with what is almost guaranteed to be a sensitive subject in one's life--my daughter needs a brace for her right foot which is affected by cerebral palsy--the bedside manner is atrocious. Ricky jr. couldn't wait to get to Jazz Fest and have a good time. Our first visit wasn't any better. Didn't surprise me at all to see the other one star reviews. The office is dirty, staff is rude and the owner seems like he'd rather be anywhere else.
Recently had to get a walking boot. The staff at LA Rehab have been wonderful. Especially Felix and Shane. They were polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a small problem and they were more than willing to help me. Highly recommend this place. Denise
I was extremely glad to get into a short boot, as the ER put me in a full leg boot for a sprained ankle. I was told they would call me the next day for an appointment to come in, never heard back the next day, so, I called and was told to come in for 1:00 pm. Treated rudely from the first phone call which continued when I got there. I was the only customer in the place. Would not recommend and I don’t understand how the owner allows his employees to treat customers so badly!!!!
This place has horrible management and customer service. Its been almost a month and I am still waiting to receive a boot ordered by my doctor. I have called the office 4 times. Jana the manager is so rude and will not give info to the owner so that feedback can be given. I do not recommend this place at all.
Always friendly, communicates to the extreme to allow you to understand every detail for reasons of visits. Contacts you regarding your visits and very clean.
