Great staff! Fitted by Felix and Shane. Great guys very personable, very knowledgeable. Felix is very knowledgeable about knees. Shane was very kind and helpful. 20 out 10 would recommend! Go and experience it for yourself.
I believe that LA Rehab Products provides good service at a fair price. I have had a back brace since the fall of '24 (Felix fitted me and was very concerned about my getting the best fit with a Trend brace) which needed servicing, and I reached out to the company to inquire how to go about that. Trend sent me a brand new brace, and I am so thankful for having had this experience; thanks to LA Rehab and their generous suppliers, I am still upright and happy!

For a place that deals with what is almost guaranteed to be a sensitive subject in one's life--my daughter needs a brace for her right foot which is affected by cerebral palsy--the bedside manner is atrocious. Ricky jr. couldn't wait to get to Jazz Fest and have a good time. Our first visit wasn't any better. Didn't surprise me at all to see the other one star reviews. The office is dirty, staff is rude and the owner seems like he'd rather be anywhere else.
Recently had to get a walking boot. The staff at LA Rehab have been wonderful. Especially Felix and Shane. They were polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a small problem and they were more than willing to help me. Highly recommend this place. Denise
