i got my nexplanon taken out by Gloria Lester & I highly recommend yall do NOT go to her if possible!! She didnt numb me right & i even told her i could feel the scalpel & she didnt numb me more she just kept going so yes i felt every incision. I know a knife like feeling versus a tugging sensation from her other hand holding my arm down. I was at the office for a whole hour & the longest part was her trying to take it out. The paperwork, height, weight & blood pressure tests took literally 5mins. THE REST WAS DEATH.
My son was scheduled for some fillings today and when we got to the center, we were told that they had over booked and that he could not be seen. We would have to reschedule. Not only did I take time off from work to take him as he has Autism, but I had paid the $50 deposit the last visit. I was told we would not get a refund for 6 weeks. I will never take him back there. If you are over booked, simply pick up the phone next time and let patients know. This is unacceptable.
The wait at this place is insane. Last week I waited for over an hour, finally had to leave because I had another appt to get to. Rescheduled for today & have now been waiting 35 mins. Absolutely no regard for other people's time. And my appt was at 9am so there is no way you're running that behind on patients already. This place is a joke.
Get doctors who care about ALL of their patients regardless if they are not Mexican. Sit Gonzales down and have a long talk with him about his bedside manner and what NOT to say to a disabled individual. Such as DON'T tell them "you known you going to die" Not before you Gonzales, not before you. Disgraceful treatment.

$100 sliding scale for a man who receives a mere $480 a month for disability.... ridiculous! Had one ☝🏻 extraction!
100% great service!!! I have only seen nice respectful people here, from the time I walk in to the people in the back offices.
