Why do you people always take forever just to answer the phone ?!! Even if your caller number #1 it takes atleast 20 min ?? Even before the pandemic it has Always been like that . And I have seen how many workers there in there . Even WALMART doesn’t take that long . Y’all could use improvement on that , I’m just being honest . 💯🏾

RecommendedI have been receiving dental care from Dr. Columbaro in Milford and Georgetown. I have never received such competent and thorough service. If I would have had her as my dentist when I was younger, my teeth would be in such better condition. Some people may classify her as a bit gruff. However, I find her as a person who really cares about her patients and committed to the profession she has chosen. Don't miss out on an excellent dentist.
The Nurse Practitioners I was seeing at La Red was great however the office is run so poorly. Messages are not passed onto the doctors correctly, I was told someone would call me back to schedule something and no one ever called back, I was on hold for over an hour and a half just trying to get a virtual appointment, getting medications refilled is beyond frustrating. This place is an absolute joke. Wish I could rate it zero stars. Sure I'm glad I can pay very little and be able to see a doctor but that's the only thing this place has going for it. In the few months I've been here, there has been nothing but communication errors after communication errors. Today was a prime example of that. I waited over an hour to get checked out because the receptionist had to wait for my chart before she could check me out. You are an accident waiting to happen. No one responds to the phone and my nurse practitioner Patti Walton was supposed to call Express Scripts back to refill my prescription. This was December 7, 2019 when she was contacted by them. I checked today and there still has been no approval on the refill. I ONLY HAVE FOUR PILLS LEFT. My mom has been going here for YEARS and every time she comes home from an appointment or is done on the phone it’s always something with this place. Only reason she keeps coming back is because her English is some what difficult to understand so its just easier for her to go there. I have never heard of a health care facility that’s as unprofessional as this one. I can’t think of one good thing about this place.
