My dad asked them for assistance with a car accident and they were no help. They lied to my dad saying they can’t cancel his policy until his premium expires. Coming from someone who works in insurance that’s a lie. Do not recommend unless you want to deal with incompetent people.

Worst customer service experience. I went in to get a quote for a policy . From the very beginning I was met with so much hostility. The woman who had grey hair and wearing a dress was just so hostile towards my husband and I . We had to end up leaving because of the disrespect. If this is how she handles business just to open up a policy. I can imagine if we were to need her for other inquiries . I will say the woman in the reception area was so kind and professional. Very bad customer service. Asked for them to cancel my police due to selling my auto. They decided not to process the request. Nor attempted to help with their mistake. This cost me an extra month worth of insurance. Cost them further business on multiple of my autos and properties

Service was quick even if fully packed from as early as 9:30 am, wish they had more people to help yet service was quick and very friendly.

I don't know I stopped in here to get insurance quote, the lady was actually kind of rude. And she told miss you wouldn't be able to ensure one of my car is because it was in my fiance's name, and that wasn't the case at all.
