We recently stayed at La Quinta for winter break. The property itself is beautiful — the grounds and setting are exactly what you would hope for in a desert getaway. Unfortunately, the way the hotel is run did not match the quality of the physical property. On our final evening, around 10:30 p.m., a very loud gathering with roughly 30 people began in the adjoining room. The music, shouting, and profanity frightened our kids and disturbed our sleep.
