Incompetent and incompetent staff. We were locked out of our room for over three hours at night. The manager, with her superficial and stupid attitude, was unable to resolve the issue, continuing to joke and laugh. In the end, we had to break down the door ourselves to get our bags.

This is my second time staying here. The staff is always welcoming and available. The rooms are always clean without any issues. The location is close to a few places. Location is the right place. Atmosphere is pleasant.
Rooms and areas are nice and new. But the breakfast is terrible. They updated the whole hotel except their breakfast.
