CAUTION: I booked through a 3rd party through work.Upon arrival there were issues with check in which eventually got figured out. Once given my room, I went straight to sleep. I was awaken by the night manager pounding on the door like the police and yelling. I answered the door and she demanded I return to the front desk to settle a booking issue. The hotel is very nice and there's 2 tvs and pullout couch in my room wonderful amenities and great breakfast
This is a great place, room clean and cozy. Friendly staff.
Very poor service. I asked which way my room was facing and the response was "I don't remember". Breakfast and room was clean but the lady behind the desk was quite rude. Also Smoking a vape.
