Do not stay here if you are a local within the Chelan or Douglas counties. They will tell you UPON ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN EVEN IF YOU'VE ALREADY PAID FOR YOUR ROOM that there is a $250 “incidental deposit fee”. And yes, it DOES get taken out of your bank account the day they check you in. They told me it’s only refunded once they deem the room fine.
