This was the worst hotel experience in this city. People walked directly from the pool into the lounge and elevators, leaving water everywhere. At breakfast, guests sneezed directly at the buffet without covering their mouths. The most disturbing issue was that a dog was allowed to run unleashed inside the hotel. This frightened my children. The staff are friendly. Hotel is new and clean. The room and spacious and clean as well. Breakfast has many options and hot and nice. Their services were the best I have in town so far (including at Seattle, Seattle was terrible) I will definitely come back again and recommend to everyone.
Every staff member we came in contact with were very kind. Hotel was clean, and organized. Would definitely recommend as location is close to any needs or wants. Will return if back in area.
Visited Leavenworth and this was the closest with availability on NYE. The staff were incredible! Kind and helpful, booked our family’s rooms next to each other; even baked our kids fresh cookies when we were in the lobby hanging out! The rooms were clean and the pool/hot tub area was a lot of fun for the kids. We would definitely come back again!
