These people robbed me. The short version is that I paid my incidental fee in cash and paid for the room with my card, but they charged me the 50$ incidental fee on the card as well and while I got my cash back for an undamaged room, I never got the 50$ back on my card! The supervisor kept giving me the run-around and after I had to jump through hoops to even manage to contact the front desk directly and I'm still waiting on a call back from the manager that was supposed to reach out to me nearly a week ago! Comfortable room. Only there for one night.
We have stayed here multiple times and never had an issue. Rooms are clean, hot breakfast, employees are great.
