The bed was comfortable and thats it on the good note. Asking for towels or toilet paper was almost a no-no, several hours after breakfast you'll still find eggs and whatever else under the tables. But the worse is they'll double charge you and act clueless when you bring it to their attention you will be met with the line "it doesnt show it in our system." While the lobby is well kept and the breakfast was delicious, the cleanliness of the the room is questionable Upon arrival, the room was very neat However the cleanliness was not consistent As I left for the day, I asked the housekeeper to change the sheets The room looked great when I returned later that evening. When I turned the bed down, I realized the sheets had not been changed even though I had pulled them up. I was charged a pet fee when I arrived and then again when I checked out. They tried to charge my card 4 times before we checked out and then again after we had checked out. Before checking out my husband went and ask why it was charging again and they said it didn't show why or where it was trying to take it. Also told my husband that the manager would be in sometime today and would give us a call. Didn't ever get the call and they charged it again.
