Accomodations were good...very neat. Breakfast was good until...while finishing breakfast this mrng, the female desk clerk turned off the TV in the middle of a program, saying breakfast time was over and the TV was to be turned off...while my family and other customers were still sitting at the tables finishing breakfast. Do what? Another family spoke up as well, but the desk clerk flatly said it had to be turned off. We stayed 2 nights...changed rooms the second night hoping for a better bed. Our king size bed in both rooms was definitely subpar with obvious depressions and the impossibility of sleeping in the middle. We were overall ok with our stay, but I am very disappointed that Wyndham doesn't have the same expectations for all hotels. This hotel doesn't have lotion!! Get out of the shower after shaving and nothing! That is horrible. The breakfast lady is awesome. So sweet. And the ambiance of the lobby is nice. Time for new mattres... read more

Terrible experience. Check your mattresses before you lay in the beds. Staff when checking in was incredibly rude. Mattress had blood stains or something on them. Checked for bed bugs and found these nasty stains instead. Looks can be deceiving. Their suites are just two bedrooms connected by a glass door. No privacy. Save your money and your health.
