Front desk were very helpful....Miranda gave us excellent service! Rooms were clean ! The only downside was the shampoo & conditioner made our hair hard and nappy.Other than that clean restroom! Definitely coming back

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This hotel needs to be shut down. What we encountered has been far below acceptable standards. The rooms have a strong smell of smoke throughout, which makes it extremely unpleasant to stay in. Additionally, the furniture is visibly stained and unclean; there is a blood stains on the comforter, mold in the rooms, some of them they tried to cover up with paint to hide it. Bad experience with front desk employee named Marissa. She is also mentioned in a previous negative post by Stephanie Zuniga 9 months ago (with a picture attached). Unfortunately she was not helpful, was very unempathetic and did not seem to care about trying to even act in a a customer friendly way when I requested a broom and dust pan to clean the floor in my room.
