ITS TOOOOOO SMALL AND DIRTY!!
PROS: - Super close to Central Park - Beautiful exterior street architecture - Very helpful and kind front desk attendant Pamela. Thanks to Pamela after Steve left she was able to give me a room so I did not have to leave the premises and I was able to work just as I promised my manager. CONS: - carpeting dirty , walls needs to be painted - I took a photo of some of the rooms that were being cleaned and they were tiny and windowless. The building is falling apart. $100+ surprise "facilities fee" to get wet when getting breakfast.
This is in an ok spot. Midtown is waaaay better and for where it’s at the rooms are really old, the bathroom is for a toddler and it’s just sketchy. The elevators took almost 15 mins to get to me. This is always scary if something happens. It’s definitely a C-C+ spot.
