This hotel is the only one in the area and a perfect location, and it knows it. That has to be the only reason this hotel stays in business. It's location is the only good thing about this hotel. It is one subway stop from the museum of natural history, less than a block from Central Park, and two blocks from a nice strip of stores and restaurants. Book at your own risk! Rude registration desk at check in. Elevator doesnt work Be open to returning and seeing rats have destroyed your food! The staff will then move you to another room/ this time with rat traps 🙄, asking you to be quiet about rats in front of other guests. Gross!!!! Paid $500/ night for the amazing following experience. Thanks to Priceline and LaQunta.
Best place n NYC for. John Lennon fan. Elevator small who cares. I use a wheelchair. Just being able to round the corner to the park and the beautiful Dakota - Perfect! Everything you need in a blocks walk. Staff is great. Love the staff!
