Very friendly staff 10/10 on them absolutely everyone was wonderful to us. Super friendly, helpful, attentive, very personable. Only complaints were bathroom needed a slight update, shower handle fell off (went back on easily), toilet paper holder falling off a bit, it would be nice if there were possibly some cover shelves because there was nowhere to put things in the he bathroom other than the sink. The pictures are misleading and you can't tell how small the rooms actually are and there is only one elevator which means long waits

Nathasha did an amazing job with customer service and accommodation. However on that same day the hotel was out of water for 17 hours, April 2nd. Therefore everyone had to use bottles of water to wash and brush teeth with. Steve was exceptional and very down to earth person. Unfortunately he had to deal with all the heat of the customers but he did great. Rooms are extremely small.
