Absolutely disgusting, the rooms have gum in the headboards. Hotels in the walls in the bathroom and more than 5 big dead roaches near the fridge. The customer service reps are a bit combative, but do their best to accommodate which is the only reason I have service 3 starts and they have a good breakfast and gave me clean sheets. But if you can don't stay there unless absolutely necessary

Charge was $82 absolutely ridiculous. There was a drug dealer next-door constant people going back-and-forth all night. The rooms were filthy but not the kind of filth that you would get up with a vacuum, stained carpet stains and what I think may have been blood on the walls and doors. The two stars for great Customer service and our linens, counter tops, sink toilet etc were spotless.

The room was dirty and in disrepair, as well as over-priced. I didn't even feel comfortable going barefoot in the room. There were stains on the walls, and marks on the walls where frames had clearly been torn down. Spend the extra money and stay at the Hampton! This place is definitely not worth it!
