Avoid this property. Staff is unnecessarily rude. Property is in a sad state of disrepair. There are what appear to be long-term residents, and some are hanging out in the parking lot till at least 3am working on car engines. The property and the general area are unsafe, and local law enforcement cruises through the parking lot. AVOID!
DO NOT STAY HERE!! This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped into, and I’m someone who is very easy to please. There are sketchy people roaming outside the hotel 24/7. The staff seemed like they were dead inside, and I don’t blame them, I wouldn’t want to work there either. The floor smelled like vomit and cigarettes. Our sheets had stains on them. We left the minute we stepped in.
I enjoyed my stay the staff was friendly as well as the out going Supervisor and also amazing go getter Management thanks yall for the clean comforting stay
I tried this Laquinta inn cause I didn’t realize there was two in town across each other but this one is so ran down I felt I was in jail the guy at the front has a major attitude problem rooms was ready, all my sheets was damp and they had no extras so I had to wait , changed rooms 3 times but got worst, then what drew the line was I’m in a room with a none working tv and couldn’t even get help so I demanded a refund I encourage you to stay at the other la Quinta in by crackel barrel it’s more money but it’s so much better
There are two La Quinta Inns in Las Cruces. Choose the other one. No hot water, breakfast cancelled, dirty rooms and hallways; just not up to basic standards.
