The location is convenient. The staff was kind, courteous, and very professional.
I have to say I am one of the most difficult patients to deal with because I have a movement disorder and I overheat very easily. Hands down Charlie is THE BEST that has ever administered an MRI to me in my entire life! He was BEYOND patient, very understanding, and made me feel so comfortable. He never got an attitude with me when I was getting hot or feeling uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe it! He literally deserves a medal because that is priceless to make a patient like me. People r good but billing is awful. You can’t get thru to a live person. Have to go to the website , fill out a form and email them. I hate that. Customer service at its worst.
