I came in to this establishment for products to lighten my daughter’s hair. The Stylist in the back convinced me she should do it for me and she had appointments the next day. My daughter‘s hair was strawberry blonde at the time, and our main concern was getting the red undertones out of her hair. PLACE IS HORRIBLE. My mom went to get a wig because she’s going through chemotherapy… and was up charged 300$ for a synthetic wig. Payed 480$ for a wig we found online for 120$. They also tried to “cut a deal” but only if she payed in cash??? Horrible service, ugly EXPENSIVE wigs, weird sale tactics.. don’t waste your time and money here.
Was quiet quoted one price, charged another for a haircut. No style or shampoo. Over priced for a mediocre cut. Not even what I expected. I treated myself to a birthday haircut and left feeling awful because she got offended by me asking to define the layers a little more. Pure contempt while she finished the cut. It was an instant mood change when I was underwhelmed with the cut. I originally went because Matthew was so helpful and amazing. I will never go back because of the experience with Linda. Lots of lip service
