The “Casero” is fantastic. The eggs were hot and well-seasoned. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The refried beans were smoky and delicious. The plantains are soft and sweet, they basically melt in your mouth. Even the coffee was delicious. I’ve also had the camarones al ajillo (garlic shrimp) and the camarones rancheros and both were great, al ajillo is my favorite.
