Since Jessie started working here, the property has seen a major turnaround. The security of our gated community has become a top priority, and he does an excellent job ensuring the gate codes are managed correctly so we all feel safe. The community stays incredibly clean, and any time I have a question or a maintenance request, I get a timely response. It has been a pleasure living here since he took over.
Living here has been a much better experience since Jessie started managing the property. He’s approachable, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the community. Requests are handled without long waits, the shared spaces are kept in good shape, and everything feels more organized overall. Jessi is an excellent manager at La Province Apartments. He is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any concerns are handled quickly and efficiently, making living here stress free. Highly appreciate his dedication and management skills!
Ever since Jessie became the manager, things have gotten so much better. He brings a really positive vibe to the community. He hosts fun social events, the maintenance work gets done fast, and the outside areas are much cleaner now. La Provence feels brighter and more welcoming than before. I am living here from August 2025 and I’ve been very disappointed with the management. The community has around 130–150 apartments, but there’s only one maintenance person for all of them, which means service requests take forever to get handled. The community director, Jessie, is not helpful at all when it comes to resolving issues, and the assistant director, Yahya, although polite, doesn’t seem knowledgeable about the services or how things work.
