Office staff and maintenance staff are top notch!
My wife and I have lived here for just about 2 years. The first year was ok but this second year has been terrible. We are in a 2 bed room, non-renovated apartment. The entire building has mold and the property managers are not handling this issue properly despite our several complaints. Our neighbors behind us just moved out last week because of all the mold discovered in the bedrooms and bathrooms. They had mold behind their bed and the bathroom!! I visited my friend and his wife's apartment earlier last week and their entire apartment smelled like mold. It reeked so bad that we had to stop playing Catan and transfer our board game night to another friend's place. My friend who lives in La Provence explained to me that he had reached out to maintenance and management multiple times to fix the problem but the mold and smell are still there.
