I'm leaving this five-star review not just for the great community, but specifically because of the new manager, Kendra. She's been on top of everything since she started. Every request we've made has been handled quickly, and she's also proactive about keeping the whole complex in top shape. The corporation definitely made the right choice in making her manager. Office staff and maintenance staff are top notch!
My wife and I have lived here for just about 2 years. The first year was ok but this second year has been terrible. We are in a 2 bed room, non-renovated apartment. The entire building has mold and the property managers are not handling this issue properly despite our several complaints. Our neighbors behind us just moved out last week because of all the mold discovered in the bedrooms and bathrooms. They had mold behind their bed and the bathroom!!
