I was referred to Dr Alvarado by Dr Sikes who I think is the best oral surgeon in Shreveport. He highly recommended them and he was right. They are very timely in appointments, and are a caring facility and have been extremely professional when I am in the office. I will continue to drive the 80 miles to visit this facility!
The doctor and staff are very friendly & patient with thier customers. However, I was disappointed in the lack of details of the treatment plan. If you go to this facility be sure to get everything in writing such as timeline, warranty, and follow-up visits. I had my entire upper teeth replaced/crowned. The teeth have never fit properly and they discontinued servicing my project. I had constantly aired my teeth issues/pain. I have never experienced a more caring kind and knowledgeable group of staff from entering the facility to the very end of my visits. Dr. Luis Alvarado was recommended to me to by several individuals who knew his successful stories with other clients. I was reluctant, but prayed that Dr. Alvarado was the best choice to tackle my "odd ball" mouth ! My case was not easy: Believe Me !! I cannot express the gratitude I feel for Dr. Alvarado and his staff! My teenage son required major restorations due to extensive dental trauma following a terrible accident & lengthy coma. Dr. Alvarado went above and beyond to deliver the most conservative treatment for my son to maintain as much natural tooth structure possible. He was so compassionate & caring from start to finish.
