I recently had a really disappointing experience at the venue, and I came here to share my frustrations so no one else has to deal with any situation in this place. The service was absolutely horrible. It took ages for anyone to acknowledge us, and when they finally did, it was clear they were uninterested. And didn’t acknowledge or care about our desires for our dream event. To make matters worse, a lady named Leticia was incredibly disrespectful. She didn’t complete the service I payed for. A beautiful place to celebrate....
We had my granddaughters quince here a few weeks ago. The facility is a cozy spot for events. I wasn't too impressed with the food flavors for the event. It was beautifully decorated though. Bartenders were friendly and helpful as well as staff.
