Spent over 20 minutes on hold and had to call two times because I was left on hold for over 15 minutes on the first attempt. All I was trying to do is make an appointment. When they asked if I could call back the next day between 9 and 10, I told them no. I took this as an indication of how I would be treated as a patient. It appears that they need additional staff and/or customer service training. How hard would it have been to take my number and call me back?
