Spent over 20 minutes on hold and had to call two times because I was left on hold for over 15 minutes on the first attempt. All I was trying to do is make an appointment. When they asked if I could call back the next day between 9 and 10, I told them no. I took this as an indication of how I would be treated as a patient. It appears that they need additional staff and/or customer service training. How hard would it have been to take my number and call me back? Very professional
If I could do no star I would. The amount of time you will be waiting is ridiculous. 1 hour in the waiting area and more than 1 hour in the room for doctor to finally see you. The lady that came in to take my vitals did not say a word just walked in and starting putting stuff on me. I would not recommend it here.
Very nice and pleasant takes on me actually listens to anything I have concerns about and makes the best of everything the only issue I have is the wait time I’ll be there for more then hour but love this doctor love the Energy and the vibes they give towards us patients !!!
