⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. We called ahead and let them know we were about 10 minutes away. We specifically asked if there would be a wait, and they told us no, so we headed over. When we arrived, we were told they had already seated three other customers because we “didn’t come,” and that it would now be a 30–45 minute wait. My wife and daughter came in to get their hands and feet done. The guy at the front was rude and unprofessional. He kept saying they couldn't do her nails or clean them, but just kept on saying it would be more and more. It made the whole time there unwanted for them. Worst experience of my life!!!
I had my nails done here at the beginning of June. It was my first time there. I went there because my regular nail tech (LuBi’s Nails) was out of town. I paid about $40 more than I usually do (plus a tip). For Gel X nails on my hands and regular nail polish on my feet, it cost $120. My nails started popping off in less than a week. I called ahead to inquire about scheduling an eyebrow wax because I am aware that the salon can become very busy. The owner/gentleman at the front desk informed me that appointments are not accepted for waxing services. After work, I stopped by specifically for the eyebrow wax, only to be told by the owner/gentleman at the front desk that the technician was too busy and that the wait would be extensive.
