My review is really for the check in process. It's too much!! First you want us to go through a lengthy online registration and now you want us to scan a QR code at check-in? That's ridiculous. I'm sitting here watching an elderly lady try to scan it and she is struggling. I didn't do and had the employee check me in. Beacon is asking too much of the patients in this regard. Makes me want to switch systems.
