Let me say dealing with my sales person Tyler was a great experience as I felt he was professional and attentive during my process of purchasing the vehicle. That great experience plummeted once I arrived at the dealership and met with the financing manager John. During the signing of the documents he appeared frustrated that I had questions about the documents that needed to be signed and I also noticed glassy eyes and the smell of alcohol emanating from him. Longtime customer
This is for tom. Or whoever likes hang up on people at sales. I purchased 4 vehicles through this place. But I get hung up on today for absolutely no reason. Disrespect like that will have me purchasing all my vehicles elsewhere.
Buying a vehicle here was a great experience. I was treated fairly and the whole transaction went smoothly. The service department is excellent also, none of those horror stories you hear about from some dealerships. I've used them for years including oil changes, along with drive train warranty. I would much rather get an oil change here than from any oil change businesses and the price is better too. I would highly recommend this business.
