I bought a used Jeep from a private purchase. And took it right to the dealership for a good once over. I was fully aware purchasing a used vehicle would have issues, which is not the problem. Horrible experience with the service department, I believe his name is Tyler, to be specific. We replaced an ECM for a vehicle and needed it programmed. Took it in and they called the next day to say it was completed. The vehicle never started after the ECM was programmed, the original ECM would let you start the vehicle but had a misfire because it was bad. Interchange shows a Dodge Nitro computer fits with a Jeep Wrangler, and that was what was put in. When we took it back with another computer from a Dodge Nitro, they sai... read more

I didn’t end up buying the vehicle I drove for but Nick was super helpful through the whole process. There was an older gentleman there too that I didn’t catch his name, but they were great. I didn’t like that I drove 4 hours and found multiple things wrong with the vehicle, but I like that they helped me pinpoint more issues and were honest!
