The staff are super helpful they go above and beyond to teach and educate and take their time making sure you get the right part. I have been here a couple times after being bounced around from other pool stores that were not as helpful. Recently we had to replace our pump the service tech(Larry) was super helpful and friendly. They gained a lifetime customer
If you are crazy enough to buy a house with a pool...there is literally nothing better than having an expert pool guy in your corner. Larry is so personable and knowledgeabke and he is your guy. We are incredibly fortunate to have found him. I think running a pool company is no different than being a doctor. Knowing the ins and outs of a pool and the parts and the chemicals and the pipes and how to fix things is complicated and intense. Terrible customer service. Currently here opening our pool and they are rude as hell. We are new pool owners, which was stated to them, and still super angry for some reason that our pool was slightly lower than it should be. Perhaps this dude they send out needs to retire or find another line of business where he doesn’t speak to people. Do not use this place for pool openings, esp if you are new to the pool world.

From the moment I contacted them, they were quick to respond, and their advice was spot on. Terrible customer service. They opened my pool and then tried to sell me a new filter for $2000.00 because I had a rusted nut on the clamp. When I inquired about just replacing the nut I was told since the filter isn’t being manufactured anymore that I had to replace the filter or the whole clamp assembly for $311.11. When I asked again why can’t I just replace the nut and bolt and save myself the $2000 or $311 Brittney told me I was wasting her time.
