Terrible customer service. They opened my pool and then tried to sell me a new filter for $2000.00 because I had a rusted nut on the clamp. When I inquired about just replacing the nut I was told since the filter isn’t being manufactured anymore that I had to replace the filter or the whole clamp assembly for $311.11. When I asked again why can’t I just replace the nut and bolt and save myself the $2000 or $311 Brittney told me I was wasting her time. So professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. By August, the pool like plants begin to wane. We had 2 leaks. With the help of LA pools were able to retro fit a part and are still in business till the end of the season.
Have been going to LA pools for years & have received excellent and honest service. Had an altercation with a man in the parking lot this morning and it continued into the store where the man continued to be hostile. I turned & left the store. One of the employees followed me into the parking lot & offered to take my water to test while I waited until the man left. When I returned to the store they had told the man to leave as he became aggressive towards the staff. They went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable
Couldn’t be happier. Gave me a lesson on how to take care of my pool and managed to get my pool in shape all in one week even after a hurricane. Price was a little higher than other quotes but went with them because they truly showed the expertise and experience. Completely transparent in everything. The pool in this pic was green and foggy just a few days ago.
