If I could give La Pointe's negative stars, I would! I am beyond disappointed, angry and APPALLED at their total lack of post purchase support. I have been a loyal customer of this store. Over the past few years I have replaced all the appliances in my home with new ones from them. I have purchased a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a stove. I am extremely disappointed with these folks. Until now, I was a loyal customer, having bought a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator from them. Less than 8 months after purchasing, my new refrigerator has died, losing an entire refrigerator's worth of food, and I can't get a service call from them OR the manufacturer. This isn't an optional piece of equipment here - this is a refrigerator and part of basic living. I paid over $1,200 for the damn thing, and it didn't even last a year.

We’ve had them out for repairs and just purchased a new dishwasher. Everyone involved with LaPointe are pleasant and easy to work with. There’s no reason to go anywhere else.
