Since the new vet has taken over recently everything has gone down , customer service is terrible you have to keep calling in order to get anyone to answer the phone and when they do answer the person is always very rude and you get the complete run around.The old owner cared about your pets but it seems like new one only cares about the remodeling and money not your pets
I have been a client of La Plaza Veterinary Clinic since 1986, dogs and cats from my 100 lb. Golden retriever to my tiny little Siamese cat. We are now on our 3rd Boston Terrier and we are still going to Joel for his care. He recently developed an autoimmune disease that nearly killed him with a horrible rash with fever and all.
