This business has gone down faster than the Titanic. What was once a thriving business with great care has turned into a corporate environment where they are prioritizing short term gains over long term stability. It has become nearly impossible to make an appointment. They reopened a paid claim and is the only reversal I’ve ever had (have great insurance and didn’t even realize this was a thing). I will happily take my business elsewhere. The medical care is great but the business side of things is awful.
Everyone is so nice and it feels as your child’s well being is truly their highest priority. Since the transition to University of Maryland the care and logistics has continued at a high level.
Do not go here! I switched and in the beginning the front staff was so kind and helpful. I was so excited because everyone was so great. Now they are so incredibly rude at the front. It takes forever to get through to them. I have been hung up on. When you walk in it seems like you are bothering them. Currently searching for a new doctors office for my little one.
I have requested my daughters records three times in over a year and my new doctors office and I still haven’t been sent them. I live in another state and short of driving there to sign yet ANOTHER release form.. I don’t know what to do to make them do their jobs
I really like the nurses here, but your customer service needs work. Since you have switched to UM, you've gone downhill. I called to make an appointment and the phone just rang and rang until it finally cut me off, about 50 rings. Tried this three times. On the 3rd try, one of the front desk people answered and immediately placed me on hold. After being on hold for 8 minutes, I gave up. Either you've got it together or you don't....
