Three stars, because no water fountain. Just for looks i guess. Would be to have water.
Mrs. Rogers and her staff have been very reasonable and fair with the people and concerns of La Plata County. I feel they have done a good job in balancing private rights and the best interests of our community. Would those who criticize them do as well?
